Prices
mentioned above use champagne glasses
to separate the tiers. We also make a special "peg
style" which uses decorated pegs to separate the tiers
instead of champagne glasses. The peg style is $10.00 more per
tier separation. It is required that you bring back the boards
and champagne glasses or you will charged $30.00. For
the fresh flowers used, we try to match your wedding colors
with flowers that are available locally. We cannot promise
any particular type of flower or perfect color match. We can
only guarantee wedding cakes on dates for which we have received
a one-third, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in advance.
Therefore no lead-time exists, as we tend to fill some of
our dates quickly. We require your final decisions and final
payment 10 days before the wedding. If we do not hear from
you a week before your wedding day, we will assume
that you have cancelled your wedding cake order.
- If
you prefer a non-traditional or less costly wedding cake
and your main concern is serving quality cake at your wedding,
we do have some alternatives:
- (1)
We can make a smalller sized wedding cake along with sheet
cakes on the side.
- (2)
We can make a simply decorated tiered cake with nuts or
chopped chocolate on the sides.
- (3)
We can make sheet cakes or large rounds decorated in the
same manner as our regular cakes and put the writing of
your choice on it.
