happy holidays from The Prolific Oven! what is a celebration without food, namely dessert? there are a few desserts we make specially for this holiday season such as our Buche de Noels and Yule Logs. we also recommend our pies, dinner rolls, whole Sticky Buns, whole Strudels and whole Panettones. please see our cakes, desserts, pies and cookies for additional information.

Buche de Noel

Our Buche de Noel, like all of our cakes, is made fresh and never frozen. They are available in the following flavors:

Amaretto Cream, Chocolate or White
Apricot Brandy Cream
Kahlua Mocha Cream
Lemon Custard Cream
Lemon Rum Cream
Orange Custard Cream
Raspberry Cream, Chocolate or White

After the cakes are rolled, they are decorated with dark chocolate to resemble a log. These are limited in quantity and require a pre-order.

Yule Log

Our Yule Log is similiar to our Buche de Noel but it is not covered in chocolate, only in fresh whipped cream. It is available in the same flavors:

Available only during the holiday season. Made with raisins, currants, almonds, walnuts, figs, dates, prunes and fresh orange peel. Baking in early October, they were soaked with Brandy to be aged naturally and perfect for this holiday season.
