White or Chocolate genoise sponge, sprinkled with Orange Curacao Liquor (may be substituted with Orange Juice), followed by a layer of Apricot Jam or Raspberry Jam, strawberries and whipped cream. The cake is finished off with whipped cream icing and sliced almonds or chopped chocolate pressed to the sides.
