Lemon Rum Cream
 


Genoise layers are moistened with sweetened lemon juice and Myer's rum. It is filled with whipped cream, fresh lemon peel and finished with whipped cream and toasted almonds on the edge. When ordered with cream cheese filling, the cake is filled and frosted with rum cream cheese frosting in place of the whipped cream. It does not require refrigeration.
